We're the exclusive regional dealer for Somero laser screeds and GOMACO curb & gutter, and we live by one rule: Knowledge First, Then Products. Our marketing should sound like the people who actually run the equipment — confident, useful, and real. The Role We're hiring a full-time, on-site Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Lead, Alex, across events, creative production, branded merchandise, and social media. This is a hands-on, do-the-work role for someone organized and creative who wants to own projects end-to-end — from a blank Canva file to a packed Demo Day. You'll touch a little of everything, which makes it a great seat for someone who wants to grow into a broader marketing career. Some local travel to our locations and events. Design & marketing materials — Build flyers, signage, social graphics, email templates, and print collateral in Canva and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), staying consistent with ACS brand standards. Swag & employee apparel — Source, order, inventory, and distribute branded merchandise and company apparel; manage vendor relationships, track budgets, and keep stock organized for events and new hires. Promotional ideas — Contribute fresh campaign and promotion concepts; help turn rough ideas into shippable marketing pushes alongside Alex. Social media & creative — Assist with content creation and scheduling, draft captions, capture photo/video at job sites and events, and pitch creative ideas that show our equipment and people in action. What We're Looking For 1+ years in marketing, communications, events, or a related role (internships count); a degree in Marketing/Communications is a plus but not required Proficient in Canva; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines A creative eye plus the follow-through to execute — ideas and logistics Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic content capture Willing to travel locally and work occasional event days; valid driver's license
Bonus:
photo/video editing, email marketing tools, or familiarity with construction/industrial trades Compensation Full-time, on-site position. Pay is dependent on experience (DOE), with a benefits package included.
