1906 Brews & Hammer Down Managers We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person to support daily office tasks, client communication, marketing, and coordination for trips, bookings, and reservations. This role works closely with the office manager and requires strong communication and time-management skills. Key Responsibilities Merchandise Assist with merchandise upkeep, inventory, and data entry. Client Communication & Booking Coordination (Hammer Down) Help manage the booking calendar and communicate with clients. Make 7-day and 48-hour pre-trip calls to confirm details, waivers, licensing, and payments. Update client database and complete follow-up calls. Coordinate trip details with Captains and Deckhands. Update trip whiteboards and prepare meal sheets when the office manager is away. Coordinate with restaurant manager and staff on meal prep. Handle daily client check-ins or coordinate next-day arrivals. Office & Administrative Support (1906 Brews & Hammer Down) Help manage the office email inbox and respond or forward messages. Monitor Facebook pages for messages/comments. Prepare folders for upcoming trips. Submit weekly USFS river manifests when needed. Assist with booking calendars and use-day tracking. Manage restaurant employee schedules and event inquiries. Calculate and submit weekly restaurant reports. Support managers with general administrative tasks. Marketing & Media Management Maintain marketing plans for both businesses. Plan and promote special events for 1906 Brews. Update the 1906 Brews website. Manage print advertising and signage. Oversee digital ad campaigns. Maintain and grow social media presence. Manage email marketing, newsletters, and promotions. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Office administration experience. Marketing, social media, or basic website skills (preferred). Proficiency in Excel, email systems, and office software. Experience in tourism, hospitality, or outfitting is a plus.
