Sales and Marketing Assistant

Sales and Marketing Assistant - responsible for working with the office manager and sales team to provide support for sales, marketing, logistics, filing and other administrative tasks as needed for a top quality manufacturer of custom acrylic furniture and home accessories. Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• provide support for the sales team with customer communications, order updates, and other tasks as needed
• assist with quote requests
• photograph finished items for marketing and social media
• coordinate shipping of our finished good via small & large parcel, white glove, etc.
• greet walk-in customers and guests
• assist in organizing and maintaining the company's showroom
• assist with scheduling and filing.
• contribute to a safe and secure working environment Experience Required/Desired
• you MUST be personable and able to offer effective customer service. No selling is required, although good customer service does impact sales so it's extremely important
• you MUST have computer skills and knowledge of office software packages like excel and word Key Competencies
