Job Description

We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for a Marketing Associate - Technology Products position. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in building experience in retail sales, customer engagement, and face-to-face marketing within the technology and wireless industry. In this role, team members work directly with customers inside retail locations promoting technology products and wireless services. Responsibilities include educating customers on available products, assisting with service enrollments and upgrades, answering questions, and helping drive overall sales performance through face-to-face customer interactions. This is a full-time, in-person retail sales position offering a guaranteed base pay plus additional performance-based earning opportunities. Employment & Compensation Details Full-time W-2 employee position In-person retail sales environment Base pay ranging from $775-$1,200 weekly based on performance and schedule Additional performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities available Weekly pay every Friday Local travel between retail locations and office meetings may be required Products & Services You'll Be Selling Wireless phones and mobile devices Technology accessories and connected devices Wireless service plans and upgrades Internet and technology-related services Customer account activations and enrollment services Daily Responsibilities Engage directly with customers in a face-to-face retail sales environment Educate customers on available technology products, wireless plans, and promotions Assist customers with upgrades, activations, and account enrollments Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations based on customer needs Maintain professional representation of products, services, and promotional offers Track daily customer interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics Support retail event promotions and in-store marketing efforts Work collaboratively with team leadership to achieve sales goals and customer engagement targets Participate in ongoing sales coaching and professional development sessions Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in face-to-face customer interactions Outgoing, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Reliable transportation for local travel if needed Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required What's Offered Ongoing mentorship and hands-on sales development Weekly pay with bonus and commission opportunities Advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles Real-world experience in retail sales, customer engagement, and technology promotions Team-oriented, high-energy, and growth-focused environment This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build long-term experience in retail sales and customer engagement while working with technology products in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
