Able to understand and execute across cross platforms and vendors and clients throughout an ever changing digital transformation.
The Work:
You will execute the client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to client stakeholders. You will oversee all aspects of marketing program lifecycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field. Operates independently to provide quality work Has experience in departmental budgetary management Has the ability to incorporate feedback into work and have a continuous improvement mindset Has experience with taking an initial set of guidelines and proactively moving forward with a project Gathers business requirements, identify needs, identify gaps and work with cross functional teams to solve issues Enjoys leading others on project initiatives Has the curiosity to learn and be able to jump in to help a team member Collaborates well with internal teams, vendors and cross functional groups and, Has experience in writing and developing business cases, pitch decks and case studies.Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry Minimum 7 years of experience working in marketing operations, credit, acquisitions, product development or analyticsPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent work experience. Experience with CRM Systems, i.e. SFMC, Adobe, Eloqua, Marketo Experience in working in a highly regulated industry, (FDA, EPA, CDC) Critical thinker who can creatively transform strategies into a vision via roadmaps, OKRs Experience working with and or leading cross functional teams to define and achieve high value business goals Working knowledge of market dynamics, products, and competitive climate Demonstrated project management skills Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Problem solving and decision making skills Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Demonstrated analytical skills Ability to work in a team oriented environment Influencing skills Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
