This role supports Riley Children's Health, the pediatric health system of Indiana University Health. This role supports the execution of marketing plans by coordinating and carrying out a range of projects and programs across the organization. It is well suited for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work, managing multiple priorities, and driving projects from intake through completion. Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's Degree Required. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sales, Journalism, or healthcare-related or Marketing-related field preferred. 0-3 years of relevant experience. Requires experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions. Requires experience with managing multiple projects at one time and communicating effectively with multiple leaders & business partners. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of Riley Children's Health marketing and brand plans by coordinating and delivering marketing tactics across channels and teams Write, develop, and publish marketing content that supports brand and campaign priorities, including blog posts, web content, email communications, collateral, and other owned and paid channel materials Maintain and optimize marketing resources for referring providers, patients, and families, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and consistent across channels and support clear, cohesive communication across key touchpoints Pull together and organize inputs for marketing performance reporting, helping track progress, summarize results, and share updates with the team on a regular cadence Conduct ongoing competitive monitoring across key channels and summarize insights to support team awareness and marketing decision making Support marketing events and community activations by coordinating materials, logistics, and representing Riley Children's Health on-site to ensure a consistent and high-quality brand experience Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and consistency across marketing activities and deliverables Partner with cross-functional teams including Creative Services, Digital, PR/Communications, and clinical stakeholders to move projects forward and ensure alignment across initiatives How you will work (Skills and capabilities): Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously Strong project management and coordination skills, with a focus on follow-through and delivering high-quality work on time Effective communicator who proactively follows up, clarifies needs, and keeps work moving across teams and partners Comfortable working within established processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build strong working relationships across functions Demonstrates sound judgment, problem solving, and the ability to prioritize work based on business needs Key Relationships Reports to:
