The Role Gold Hinge is looking for a Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across social media, content creation, influencer partnerships, events, and day-to-day marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves social media, is highly organized, enjoys creative work, and wants real-world experience inside a growing fashion and e-commerce brand. What You'll Do Assist with creating and scheduling social media content for Instagram and TikTok Help capture behind-the-scenes content during photoshoots, events, and team activities Support influencer outreach, gifting, and ongoing communications Coordinate influencer product shipments and track partnerships Assist with planning and executing brand events and activations Help brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, and social media trends Assist with social media engagement and community interactions Organize marketing assets and maintain project trackers Provide general support to the marketing team on special projects We're Looking For Someone Who Has a strong interest in marketing, social media, fashion, or e-commerce Is creative and enjoys content creation Is highly organized and detail-oriented Has strong written and verbal communication skills Is comfortable learning new platforms and technology Takes initiative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn Is familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience creating content for social media, either personally or professionally Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is a plus Photography, videography, or editing experience is a bonus Company Benefits Hands-on experience with a fast-growing fashion brand Exposure to multiple areas of marketing, including social media, influencer marketing, events, and e-commerce Mentorship from experienced marketing and business leaders Employee clothing discounts Compensation and Hours This is an in-person, paid position based in Indianapolis, IN. Pay will be determined based on experience, knowledge, and expertise. This can be a part-time position but seeking a commitment of 20-30 hours per week.
