Administrative & Marketing Professional CH3 Capital | Full-Time About CH3 Capital CH3 Capital is a dynamic real estate investment and development firm. We move fast, value initiative, and take pride in building a collaborative, high-performing team. This role sits at the heart of our operations - and for the right person, it's a launching pad. The Role We're looking for a sharp, personable, and highly organized Professional to keep our office running smoothly and support the team across a wide range of daily needs. This is a hands-on role with variety - no two days look the same. You'll handle everything from office management to helping prepare property marketing materials, and over time, you'll have the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibilities across leasing, marketing, construction, and business operations as interest and skills develop. Core Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support Manage day-to-day office operations including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and building administration Handle mail, printing, shipping, and filing Coordinate event logistics as needed Manage cell phone accounts and office technology (troubleshoot A/V, printers, conference equipment) Handle ad hoc tasks as needed Real Estate Support Assist with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions and lease activity Support DocuSign workflows and document management Maintain and organize contact databases and deal files Create space plan exhibits and diagrams using Bluebeam technology Bill pay, invoice entry, and financial operations Communications & Coordination Take meeting notes and track follow-up items Manage correspondence and scheduling support Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for vendors, tenants, and building staff Design & Marketing Create Board Report materials and property marketing materials Design graphics and collateral using Canva, Photoshop, and AI marketing tools Support leasing efforts with polished, on-brand marketing assets Growth Opportunities As you get comfortable in the role, there are real opportunities to expand into: Leasing coordination and tenant communications Marketing strategy and content creation Construction and development project support Financial operations Technology and systems management Broader operational and business support What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required Warm, professional, and positive personality - you're someone people enjoy working with Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools Familiarity with AI tools for marketing or content creation (or eagerness to learn) Quick learner with genuine enthusiasm for new technology Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without being asked twice Prior experience in real estate, property management, marketing, bookkeeping or a fast- paced office environment is a plus Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
