This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, manage bookkeeping tasks, and assist with marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure smooth business processes and exceptional customer support. Duties Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks accounting software Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, to support office management and financial accuracy Support marketing efforts by creating content, proofreading materials, and coordinating promotional activities across digital platforms Organize files, prepare reports, and handle clerical duties such as filing,, and document management with precision Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to optimize time management for team members and executives Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and bilingual communication skills if applicable Experience Prior office experience in administrative or clerical roles with proven organizational skills Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is highly preferred Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry systems Previous experience in office management or personal assistant roles is advantageous Excellent proofreading skills along with strong time management capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us in a role where your energy fuels our success!
