We're a growing company looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support a variety of marketing initiatives and business growth efforts. About the Role The Marketing Assistant will support marketing efforts across email, social media, website content, sales materials, and other projects that help drive brand awareness and business growth. Whether you're a recent graduate looking to launch your marketing career or someone with existing marketing experience looking to broaden your skills, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications Create and schedule content for social media platforms Help update website content, landing pages, and marketing materials Assist with presentations, sales sheets, and promotional materials Support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives Conduct market and competitor research Organize marketing assets and maintain project timelines Track and report basic marketing metrics and campaign performance Assist with content creation, copywriting, and proofreading Utilize AI and other technology tools to support marketing efforts and improve efficiency Support additional marketing and administrative projects as needed What We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred Previous marketing, communications, internship, or related experience is a plus, but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable learning new technology and software platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative Preferred Qualifications Experience with social media platforms and content creation Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, Salesforce, WordPress, Shopify, Canva, or similar platforms Exposure to email marketing platforms or website content management systems Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts Why Join Us?
