This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, connecting with people, and creating opportunities that drive business growth. In this position, you will represent our brand in the community by engaging with homeowners, identifying potential roofing needs, and setting appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce our services Engage with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner Identify potential roofing needs (storm damage, aging roofs, etc.) Schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives Accurately record lead information and notes Represent the company with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated personality Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Goal-oriented with a positive attitude Sales, customer service, or marketing experience is a plus (not required) Compensation & Perks $15•20/hour base pay (based on experience) Commission on closed jobs generated from your leads Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) Consistent weekly schedule:

Monday-Friday:

4:00 PM•7:00

PM Saturday:

9:00 AM•2:00 PM Growth opportunities into sales Hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and business development

Pay:
