Job Description
Taylor Davis Co. is a well-established paving and site work company proudly serving Western Massachusetts. As the business continues to grow, Taylor Davis Co. is seeking a Marketing and Operations Assistant for the upcoming summer season. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, operations, and community outreachideal for high school or college students eager to develop practical skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Canvass local neighborhoods to distribute marketing materials and positively represent the Taylor Davis Co. brand Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizational support Help plan, coordinate, and set up company and community events Support the marketing team with various projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and dependable attitude Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Valid drivers license and reliable transportation No prior experience requiredenthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Compensation $1719 per hour , based on experience. Part-time, approximately 1025 hours per week. This is a seasonal position for summer 2026.
