By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. The integrated marketing team is a group of marketing generalists responsible for translating business goals into marketing strategies and serving as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market. About the Role The B2B Integrated Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to help grow DoorDash's Marketplace. This role will report into the team's Integrated Marketing Lead and will own marketing strategy and execution designed to drive merchant adoption of core DoorDash products and improve the quality inputs that unlock growth on the platform — from merchant app engagement and self-serve tools to menu quality, photo and video coverage, and POS integrations. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow, with a bias for action and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude. The ideal candidate can think big picture about what it takes to make merchants successful on DoorDash while seamlessly transitioning into the details of campaign execution, analytics, and cross-functional coordination. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Oversee the integrated marketing strategy of 2-3 key strategic bets for DoorDash, including driving adoption of core DoorDash tools and products and supporting the development and execution of strategies that improve Mx quality inputs Write creative / strategic briefs, set the marketing strategy, oversee GTM deployment, deliver impact reporting, drive cross-functional alignment, and provide regular status updates on campaign progress with key stakeholders from sales, strategy & operations, marketing, and analytics. Develop customized marketing strategies and plans for key product initiatives and scale winning strategies to help the team achieve product market fit. Analyze campaign and product adoption data to surface insights, identify opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations that improve outcomes against key OKRs. We're excited about you because you have… Bachelor's degree or higher. 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing in a corporate or startup environment. A track record of executing campaigns that drive measurable business impact. Comfort working with data — including campaign analytics, segment sizing, and A/B testing — to inform strategy and optimize execution. Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales, Strategy/Ops) on campaigns and experiments. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize and present information clearly to stakeholders at various levels. A creative and entrepreneurial mindset — you enjoy tackling unsolved problems and finding creative solutions with limited resources. A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working on a team with partners across CRM, paid media, analytics, product, and creative. Experience with SMB or restaurant businesses is a plus. Applications for this position are accepted on an ongoing basis About DoorDash At DoorDash, our mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly, learn, and reiterate in order to make impactful decisions that display empathy for our range of users—from Dashers to merchant partners to consumers. We are a technology and logistics company that started by enabling door-to-door delivery, and we are looking for team members who can help us go from a company that is known as the place you order food to a company that people turn to for any and all goods.
