JOB MISSION
As the Global Marketing Co-op for Sport Partnerships & Strategic Projects, you will come away with an understanding of the ways brands leverage outside partners and global sports moments to grow brand consideration & gain new audiences. In this role you will assist the team in the research, planning, execution and reporting of programming in support of a wide portfolio of Sport Partnerships (NBA, WNBA, MLB etc.), the 2027 Australian Open and 2028
Olympics:
managing projects independently and as part of a multi-level team. You will liaise between various global and regional stakeholders across the organization including consumer insights, product, and channel leads while improving your professional communication, presentation skills and learning how to use web-based work management platforms. You will also liaise with external partners as a representative face of the NB brand
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support with research & planning across several areas that will help inform strategy, programming and tactics. 2027 Australian Open NBA Partnership LA28 Olympics Creation of retrospectives including metrics, producing recaps & key learnings. Executional project support includes management & tactical deliverables in support of short-term activation and longer-range programming and strategic plan development. NBA Season Tip-off MLB post-season 2026 Hoops Athlete Tours & Global Games 2026 New England Patriots deliverables and plan execution 2027 Australian Open ambassador integration logistics 2028 LA Olympics Hospitality Category team support with partner related activity (asset trafficking for media, etc.) Assist the team on general operational and administrative tasks. Assist with weekly industry & consumer highlights Getty image order, tracking & auditing Product management (partners, FIGS etc.) Work with cross-functional teams and corporate communications to amplify relevant initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications or another relevant course. Solid professional communication skills both written and verbal with internal and external stakeholders. Works collaboratively. Self-starter, attention to detail, responsive and solutions oriented. Boston, MA Headquarters
