Job Description
Overall Job Goal The Marketing Associate is tasked with successfully leading the ongoing process of planning and executing the marketing mix for the marketable divisions as well as internal marketing to our residents, tenants and employees. These include but are not limited to the Residential, Commercial, and Construction divisions. The desired end result is to create exchange between customers and the company that maximizes profit. Specific Job Responsibilities Management of internal and external communications Budget Management for Advertising and Marketing Project management and stakeholder relations Campaign development and fulfillment Collateral writing and producing Public speaking and presenting Lead generation and list management Event planning and coordination Media release writing and placement Graphic and Web design Media negotiation and advertising New media and Web 2.0 applications Market Research and reporting Branding and identity
