The Marketing/Proposal Intern will support proposal efforts by preparing comprehensive resumes and project descriptions. The Marketing/Proposal Coordinator prepares specific marketing/proposal materials with the support of various senior management leaders.

Reports to:

Director of Proposal Management. Required Education HS Diploma Preferred Education A high-school diploma is required with a degree in progress, preferably in Marketing, English, Communications or a related field. Required Experience Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office products, particularly Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word Preferred Experience Basic knowledge and use of AI (Copilot, Claude AI) Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects Must have excellent writing and editing skills Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills Strong document organization and attention to detail skills Ability to self-manage assignments with minimal oversight Must have conceptual and strategic thinking proficiency and effective decision-making skills
