Duties Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and content management systems. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Manage social media marketing efforts by creating engaging posts, scheduling content, and analyzing performance metrics on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Support content creation efforts by designing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as writing compelling copy for blogs, emails, and advertisements. Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and performance marketing techniques using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics insights. Maintain website content using WordPress or other content management systems; update pages with fresh content and ensure SEO best practices are followed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns and marketing automation initiatives that drive engagement and sales. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics; prepare reports to inform future strategies. Support e-commerce initiatives by managing product listings, promotional banners, and customer engagement strategies. Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Experience Prior experience or internships in digital marketing or related fields is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs; understanding of keyword research techniques. Hands-on experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and basic graphic design skills. Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems for website updates. Experience with Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics for campaign management and performance tracking. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is advantageous for website optimization tasks. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages tailored to target audiences.
