We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and driven Marketing Assistant Manager to support our Marketing Manager in leading and developing a high-performing marketing team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching and mentoring others, and is passionate about building team success. The Assistant Manager will help oversee daily operations, support recruiting and training efforts, track performance metrics, and ensure the team consistently meets ACC standards for leads, demos, and sales performance. Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing Manager with daily leadership and team development Help create and maintain weekly work schedules Support onboarding and new hire paperwork submission Uphold ACC culture, professionalism, and performance expectations Coach, mentor, and train team members to exceed company standards Monitor lead generation, demo percentages, and production goals Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new team members Communicate performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback Support Manager on Duty responsibilities during shifts Build strong relationships with team members and Home Depot store leadership Help improve underperforming team members through coaching and developmentTrack and communicate team performance metrics Assist with conflict resolution and maintaining a positive team environment Attend required meetings, trainings, and leadership calls Travel to nearby territories as needed Weekly /
Monthly Expectations:
Be present in the field Monday through Friday Ensure team members receive weekly coaching and development Support the professional growth of high-performing employees Maintain consistent communication with leadership regarding staffing and team performance Provide hands-on support for daily operations and problem-solving
Qualifications:
Leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Ability to motivate and coach others Organized, dependable, and self-driven Comfortable working in retail and field environments Ability to multitask and manage team performance Must have reliable transportation
