Marketing Production Assistant Pure Cannabis Outlet is seeking a creative, motivated, and adaptable Marketing Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. This role focuses on creating engaging digital content for in-store displays, promotions, social media, and advertising platforms across multiple retail locations. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Canva and video editing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to bring fresh ideas to life while helping maintain a strong and consistent brand presence. Responsibilities Update and maintain promotional graphics and marketing materials using Canva Create and edit short-form video content for digital displays and social media Assist with in-store promotional content, advertising graphics, and menu visuals Collaborate with the marketing team to execute weekly campaigns and promotions Brainstorm and implement new creative ideas and marketing initiatives Maintain consistency in branding and visual presentation across all platforms Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving retail environment Qualifications Strong Canva design experience (advanced skill level preferred) Experience with video editing software/apps Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and able to take initiative Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in cannabis marketing or retail marketing is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is creative, dependable, adaptable, and excited to grow with a fast-paced marketing team.
