ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Design Intern will support the Marketing team with day-to-day designproduction and brand implementation projects. This role is ideal for a student oremerging designer looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporatemarketing environment while working within established brand standards.

Working closely with the Graphic Designer and broader Marketing team, the intern willassist with creative production, template updates, internal communications andmarketing support materials across print and digital platforms for all Duro-Last brands.

This position provides practical experience in brand execution, production workflows,file organization and corporate marketing operations.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

Implement Amrize and Duro-Last brand endorsement standards across print anddigital applications following established corporate guidelines Execute product label updates in alignment with corporate standards Create and update internal communication materials including marquee slides,PowerPoint templates and employee announcements Support design production through layout updates and template-based creativematerials Organize and maintain design files, templates and marketing assets Assist with additional marketing and creative projects as assigned Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education:

Pursuing a degree in on of the fields listed in the following section

Field of Study Preferred:

Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field

Additional Requirements:

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow brand standards and work within established templates Positive attitude with willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
