Job Description:
ONSITE in Shelby, MI (30 minutes north of Muskegon)
Position Summary:
The Marketing Generalist supports cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Product Development by executing key activities including sample fulfillment, print production, event coordination, and showroom readiness. This role helps drive brand consistency and ensures the timely delivery of high-quality materials that enhance sales efforts, customer experience, and external communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while contributing to overall marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sample fulfillment & inventory management processes
  • Oversee in-house print production and marketing asset management
  • Responsible for event & conference coordination
  • Order swag & promotional materials; manage inventory
  • Ensure showroom readiness & provide support as needed Skills & Qualifications Professional Skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and support cross-functional teams Technical Skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Working knowledge of print production processes and equipment preferred Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant experience in marketing support, print production, or event coordination is a plus Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Primarily office-based with regular interaction in production and showroom environments
  • May require lifting, packaging, and moving materials (up to 25-40 lbs)
