For over 60 years, we have provided essential sanitation and disinfection services. Become part of our mission to drive significant new business growth in the Metro Detroit Area and beyond! We are seeking a driven, resourceful, and self-directed Sales & Marketing Associate to support aggressive lead generation, sales process development, and market expansion. This is a pivotal, client-facing, and growth-oriented role where you will directly contribute to business development efforts and sales targets by helping keep the company competitive and innovative. Core Responsibilities & Impact What You Bring Generate new leads through our lead generators. Help develop a stronger website and social media presence. Assist in the hand off of all bids to the Sales Director. Support the sales manager in developing the sales and marketing department. Support ongoing marketing efforts including content creation, communications, and campaign coordination. Develop and follow-up on business leads using cold calls, emails, etc. Responsible for running your own KPIs. Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and marketing goals. Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience. Thorough understanding of sales and marketing processes. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a definite plus. A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a passion for sales and fast learning. Demonstrated skills in active listening, meticulous attention to detail, and making sound decisions.
