$11.41/hour About the role We're hiring an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to represent the Autism Spectrum Disorder Foundation at retail locations and community events across Bloomington, MN. You'll engage the public face-to-face, share the foundation's mission, and invite people to get involved. Full paid training is provided — no prior experience needed. What you'll do Represent the Autism Spectrum Disorder Foundation at in-store and pop-up events across Bloomington Start genuine conversations with customers and educate them on the foundation's mission and programs Keep event displays organized, clean, and visually sharp Process transactions accurately using the POS system Handle customer questions and concerns with patience and a positive attitude What we're looking for Friendly, outgoing personality and genuine comfort talking with people Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude Comfortable working face-to-face in a fast-paced retail or event environment Basic math skills for handling transactions Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus — but not required Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply What we offer Guaranteed $11.41/hour — no commission-only surprises Hands-on paid training that sets you up to succeed from day one Upbeat, collaborative team environment Clear merit-based path into senior and leadership roles We are an equal opportunity employer.
