We're looking for a social‑savvy go‑getter with a proven track record of growing followers across multiple platforms, a sharp eye for digital trends, the ability to interpret and act on analytics, and the confidence to show us how they can elevate our social media footprint—locally and nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services and enhance brand awareness. Create engaging content for social media and our website to attract new clients. Utilize data analytics to strengthen campaign results and grow followers. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Manage and update the company's online presence across various platforms. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Working knowledge of analytics tools is highly desired. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - a plus but not required. Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
