You'll dive into the fast-paced world of AI-assisted marketing, sharpening your digital prowess, and even jet off to a massive trade show in Atlanta, GA, to flex your event-planning muscles. From researching sizzling market trends for our Coating Connections newsletter and podcast to tracking analytics and KPIs that drive results, you'll be at the heart of our marketing revolution. We're looking for a college junior or senior who's hungry to learn, bursting with creativity, and ready to shine. You'll need a knack for video editing, a love for social media, strong attention to detail and stellar communication skills to thrive in this role. Bonus points if you bring graphic design wizardry (Adobe Creative Suite), AI know-how (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, etc.), or a sprinkle of SEO and email marketing magic, but don't worry, we'll help you grow into a marketing rockstar either way.
