Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant Role We are looking for a personable and tech-savvy team member to support our office with communication, creative projects, and digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating content, and working with technology in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct communication appropriately
• Support scheduling of new patients and assist with onboarding coordination
• Assist with social media content creation and posting
• Create simple graphics using Canva or similar design tools
• Support digital marketing efforts and in-office campaigns
• Assist with basic website updates (training provided)
• Communicate with patients to encourage feedback and enhance overall experience This role plays a direct part in helping us grow our presence in the community and create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
• Experience with Canva or similar design platforms preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Preferences
• Experience with website design or editing
• Background in marketing, communications, or a similar field Looking For
• Someone who is confident speaking with people both in person and on the phone
• A self-starter who can balance creative tasks with day-to-day office needs This role may NOT be a fit if you:
