Marketing & Boutique Support Associate Morgan Miller is seeking a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented Marketing & Boutique Support Associate to help support the boutique's social media, email marketing, events, promotions, and overall brand presence.

Morgan Miller, Southern Pines, NC Schedule:
Flexible part-time schedule, with required in-store hours for photos, videos, events, and team communication. Must be available to work at least one Saturday per month.
Pay:
Based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process. Primary Responsibilities The Marketing & Boutique Support Associate will help with:
  • Creating content for Instagram and Facebook, including posts, stories, reels, and captions.
  • Taking photos and videos of new arrivals, outfits, displays, staff, events, and store moments.
  • Creating weekly email newsletters.
  • Helping plan and maintain a basic content calendar for social media, email, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Supporting in-store promotions, trunk shows, sales, events, and special campaigns.
  • Assisting with basic Canva designs for graphics, posts, newsletters, flyers, and event promotions.
  • Helping with light website or Shopify updates as needed.
  • Gathering store updates, new arrivals, outfit ideas, staff/customer moments, and event information for marketing use.
  • Monitoring social media comments, messages, and engagement as directed.
  • Taking initiative to suggest simple content ideas, promotions, or ways to highlight products.
  • Providing occasional boutique support when needed, including helping with customers, organizing merchandise, or assisting during events. Preferred Skills The ideal candidate should have:
  • A dependable and consistent work ethic.
  • Comfort with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, email, and basic technology.
  • Strong communication.
  • Comfort taking photos and short videos.
  • The ability to follow direction while also bringing creative ideas.
  • A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Experience with Canva, photography, social media, Mailchimp, and Shopify. Ideal Candidate This position could be a great fit for someone who:
