We partner with leading brands like AT&T to provide in-person customer acquisition and service solutions. Position Overview We are hiring an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role involves working directly with customers in a retail setting to promote products, assist with account setup, and support overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities Engage customers in person to present products and services Assist with new account creation and customer support Represent client brands during in-store marketing efforts Maintain product knowledge and stay current on promotions Meet individual and team performance goals Support daily store operations and customer experience Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Must be 18+ High school diploma or GED required Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus Training & Growth Includes paid, hands-on training in sales, marketing, and customer engagement with structured opportunities for advancement based on performance.
