Office & Marketing Assistant Departments:
Reception | Customer Service | Sales | Human Resources | Marketing Duo Lift Manufacturing Co. Inc. 2018 38th St | Columbus, NE 68601 Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Position Overview Duo Lift Manufacturing is seeking a highly capable, detail-driven professional to serve in a critical, cross-functional role supporting the daily operations of our organization. This position is the operational backbone of the office, ensuring seamless coordination across reception, customer service, sales, human resources, and marketing. This is not a single-focus role. It requires a proactive, adaptable individual who can confidently manage front-line communication while supporting internal teams and executing marketing initiatives. The right candidate will bring a strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and the ability to move fluidly between administrative, operational, and creative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and detail-driven, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset and willingness to step in where needed are essential, along with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Business Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Core Responsibilities Reception & Customer Service Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency Serve as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors Greet and direct visitors while maintaining a professional office environment and visitor log Deliver exceptional customer service and support daily office flow Coordinate office hospitality, including meetings, coffee, and team functions Sales Support Identify, qualify, and track incoming sales leads through phone and digital channels Maintain accurate lead records and ensure timely follow-up with the sales team Support sales operations through documentation, delivery receipts, and shipping communication Assist in maintaining strong communication between customers and sales representatives Plant Operations & Administrative Support Provide administrative support to plant operations, including communication, scheduling, and documentation Maintain accurate records, reporting, and filing systems Support compliance documentation, including MSDS submissions, permits, and regulatory communication (NDEE) Ensure timely follow-up and organization of operational documentation Marketing & Communications Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all marketing channels Capture and produce high-quality photography and video content for marketing initiatives Operate and execute drone footage for product launches and promotional use (in compliance with regulations) Assist in product launches, campaigns, and promotional efforts Support social media strategy through content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement monitoring Assist with website updates and content management to ensure accuracy and relevance Coordinate apparel ordering, branded materials, and promotional assets Oversee decal and signage production, including vendor coordination and proofing Execute short-run, in-house print projects with attention to quality and turnaround Assist in proofreading and editing product manuals, literature, and sales materials, maintaining clarity and brand consistency Provide on-site support for trade shows, events, and customer engagements Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across all channels Human Resources Support Assist with job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling Support onboarding processes, new hire documentation, and internal procedures Provide administrative support for employee benefits, including health insurance eligibility Assist with workers' compensation claims and HR documentation Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related records Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Proven ability to support multiple departments in an administrative or operational capacity Strong phone presence and professional communication skills, both written and verbal High level of proficiency in office operations, including reporting, filing, and data management Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy across all responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) Experience with DSLR photography and content creation; drone operation experience helpful Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and engagement tracking Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and efficiency Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and support team success Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a willingness to step in where needed Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, particularly in HR-related matters Adaptable and flexible to meet evolving business and operational needs Compensation & Benefits Full-time position (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday) Limited after-hours work as needed Competitive compensation based on experience and capability Comprehensive benefits package including: Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid vacation, 401(k) plan Additional Requirements Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreementPay:
