Leasing & Marketing Associate Job Overview:

This position involves performing all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals. This dynamic role is fast-paced and spans across multiple properties in Southern New Hampshire.

Essential Responsibilities:

Follow up with prospects to convert leads into community tours, highlighting the features of the neighborhood and community, which lead to successful lease signings. Welcome and qualify potential residents, handle application processing, and ensure seamless move-ins. Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekend and evening availability, to accommodate prospective residents searching for their new home. Evaluate apartments before move-ins to ensure they are ready, working with the maintenance team. Use software to track available apartments, document leasing activities, and manage resident information. Participate in on-site resident events to foster a vibrant and welcoming community atmosphere. Create enthusiasm and build interest by leveraging social media platforms to promote the community

What We Are Looking For:

Prior experience in leasing or customer service is highly desirable. Possess a customer-oriented mindset with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional demeanor and a positive, energetic attitude. Driven to foster a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, team members, and vendors alike. Flexibility to accommodate scheduling needs, including weekends and evening shifts. Familiarity with a variety of software, applications, and computer programs. Enthusiasm for ongoing personal and professional growth.
