Entry Level Promotional Marketing Associate

Here at Brightlane, Inc. we are a marketing and sales company that partners with established brands to support promotional campaigns and customer engagement. We want individuals to join our Promotional Marketing Associates' team to help provide quality customer service while helping clients increase brand awareness and sales. Position Overview This is an entry-level role supporting marketing and sales activities at our partnered retail locations. In this position, you will interact with customers, provide information about products and services, and assist in meeting client goals. Training is provided. Key Responsibilities Represent client brands at retail locations in a professional manner Communicate product and service information clearly and accurately to customers Provide customer service and address general questions Track and report customer interactions to team leadership Follow company policies and client guidelines at all times Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in customer-facing environments Able to work independently and as part of a team Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed Previous experience in sales, customer service is helpful but not required Benefits Guaranteed base pay with uncapped commission potential Weekly pay schedule Paid training provided Opportunities for career advancement Optional travel opportunities How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
