We are looking for a Part-Time Auction Assistant based out of our Hoboken, NJ office, with regular on-site production days in New York City.
What this role entails:
20 hours/week
- some flexibility, some strict hours Commute to Hoboken, NJ and regular travel to NYC (not remote-optional, requires in-office work) Autonomous work environment Shifting weekly schedule
- production dates vary in days and times of the week and are typically confirmed at least two weeks in advance Live auction management
- on-site, supporting real-time item management, auction backend coordination, and live audience engagement This role fits someone who values flexibility and already knows how to structure their own time.

Tasks:
