We combine technical expertise with a customer-first approach to help clients scale production and improve print quality. We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate to help grow sales, support customers and amplify our brand. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong communications skills, basic technical curiosity, and interest in textile/print technology. Key Responsibilities Qualify leads and support the sales pipeline via phone, email, and CRM. Assist with product demonstrations, quotes, and order follow-up. Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Create and schedule marketing content for email, social, and website (product pages, case studies, blogs). Track marketing performance and sales metrics; prepare simple reports. Support trade show logistics, product demos, and customer visits. Maintain product and industry knowledge to respond to customer questions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent; marketing, business, textile or engineering coursework a plus. 0-2 years experience in sales, customer service or marketing (internships welcome). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and virtual product demos. Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn digital textile printing concepts. Familiarity with CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and social media platforms preferred. Organized, proactive, team-oriented , and customer-focused. knowledge of PhotoShop and Illustrator a plus.
