Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement. The Marketing Intern will contribute to real projects across content, digital, research, and sales enablement while learning how a high-growth B2B and B2B2C marketing organization operates in a regulated animal health environment. Reporting to a Marketing Manager, the intern will be embedded in the team and participate in day-to-day work alongside full-time marketing professionals.
The Basics Location:
Position is based at our Swedesboro, NJ office with potential for remote.
Job Type:
This is a full-time summer internship (approximately 10-12 weeks, May/June through August).
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm ET. P Start and end dates are flexible to accommodate academic calendars.

Not eligible How You'll Make an Impact Campaign & Content Support Support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns across B2B and B2B2C channels. Assist with content creation including copywriting, social media posts, email drafts, and promotional materials for both the Wedgewood and Blue Rabbit brands. Help maintain a marketing content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets. Market & Competitive Research Conduct research on target customer segments, including veterinary practices, corporate veterinary groups, and channel partners. Support the team in gathering competitive intelligence, monitoring industry trends, and summarizing findings into clear, actionable reports. Assist with maintaining and updating competitive and market databases. Digital & Social Media Assistance Assist with execution of digital marketing activities including social media scheduling, email campaign coordination, and basic website content updates. Help monitor social media channels and engagement metrics, and surface opportunities for content or community engagement. Support reporting on digital campaign performance using available analytics tools. Sales Enablement Support Help develop and organize sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, presentations, and product fact sheets for use by the field sales and key account teams. Collaborate with teammates to ensure materials are accurate, on-brand, and reflect current product and regulatory information. Project & Administrative Support Provide organizational support across active marketing projects including maintaining project trackers, scheduling meetings, coordinating approvals, and managing shared files and asset libraries. Contribute to team meetings by taking notes and following up on action items to keep projects on track. Internship Capstone Project Complete a defined marketing project over the course of the internship, presenting findings and recommendations to the Marketing leadership team at the conclusion of the summer. Project scope will be determined collaboratively based on team priorities and intern interests, and may span areas such as ABM, content strategy, competitive analysis, or digital marketing. What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Rising juniors and seniors preferred; strong rising sophomores will be considered. Recent graduates pursuing a graduate degree are also welcome to apply. Coursework or demonstrated interest in marketing, communications, or business strategy Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with Canva, Google Analytics, or social media management tools is a plus Familiarity with or interest in learning marketing automation, CRM, or ABM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense Genuine interest in animal health, veterinary medicine, or regulated healthcare industries — a love of animals is always welcome!
