Sales / Leasing / Marketing Associate

Join the team at our award winning luxury rental apartment complex in Tinton Falls, near The Garden State Parkway and Route 33. We are hiring a Leasing Professional to lease units and maximize customer satisfaction. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented, person who enjoys helping residents and building relationships. This position entails working approximately 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

Greet prospective clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of apartments and community. Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing leases and ensuring a smooth move-in Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments and following up with residents' maintenance requests. Assist the Property Manager with completing weekly, monthly and special reports. Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone. Participate in resident social events to build a stronger community and maximize resident retention. Maintain up-to-date studies of the competition

Qualifications:

Customer service experience (1 year minimum, 2 years preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Comfortable with general software and internet use. Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner. Able to learn new procedures quickly. Must be able to work Saturdays, and have a flexible schedule when necessary. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelors degree preferred. Must be able to walk the community with clients and climb stairs. You should be extremely responsive, courteous, reliable, energetic and upbeat. You will be required to obtain a realtor's license

BONUS BASED ON NUMBER OF NEW LEASES PLUS LEASE RENEWALS. YEARLY TOTAL WILL BE

$60,000 TO $62,000.
