You'll support our team using AI, Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint to develop engaging campaigns and marketing materials. This role blends organization with creativity — ideal for someone who enjoys both admin work and bringing ideas to life. Responsibilities Manage calendar schedules for marketing projects, meetings, and deadlines using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Assist in the creation, proofreading, and editing of marketing materials, including flyers, social media content, and email campaigns. Support the team with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records of marketing assets and campaign results. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items to ensure project milestones are met. Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette; direct inquiries to appropriate team members. Support office management tasks such as front desk duties, managing multi-line phones, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software; process invoices and track expenses related to marketing activities. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotional strategies while supporting overall office management and customer support efforts. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Effective typing skills coupled with keen proofreading abilities to ensure error-free content. Experience with office management tasks including filing, data entry, calendar management, and clerical support. Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks; familiarity with basic financial procedures is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse communication needs. Proven ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities; previous office or administrative experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills to support team collaboration and maintain positive customer interactions; experience in personal assistant roles or front desk duties is advantageous.
