Job Description
The Marketing Office Assistant will provide information to the general public, surrounding businesses, Navajo Nation entities, government entities, and other organizations (with propane and Natural Gas fuel needs in the Four Corners region). They facilitate Nations Gas customers through the propane construction approval process and help finalize the sale. A friendly manner and professional approach to customer service is a must.
Additional Responsibilities:
Cold Calling potential business customers. Manage daily CRM (Customer Service Management Systems) activities, including entering proposals, tracking potential leads, and maintaining detailed customer notes with consistent updates throughout the day. Support the LP and Construction Departments by managing the quotation process; this includes distributing quotes, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring precise data entry within the CRM platform. Report to the GM & Deputy GM on a daily basis to communicate marketing interest in company products and to communicate sales achievements. Assist with Marketing Outreach throughout the year. Collaborate with various departments (Operations, Construction, and Propane) to identify marketing opportunities and assist in promotional efforts across multiple platforms, including social media, in-person engagements, and at various conferences. Seeking bids through various platforms Maintain communication with our customers through year-round communication, promotional items, mailings, holiday cards. Lead in Christmas Card distribution. Manage the inventory and procurement of marketing flyers and promotional materials as directed by the Marketing Supervisor. Provide support to the LP Department by managing customer propane orders and assisting with front desk responsibilities. This includes receiving orders, handling all associated propane payments, and organizing delivery schedules.
Required Skills:
Basic computer literacy. Basic filing, and office administration. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail. Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience. Excellent Customer Service. Clean driving record, and valid driver license with travelers star.

Multi-lingual:
Navajo and English Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, email, etc. Knowledge of Google workspace required.
