The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be the backbone of our office environment, ensuring smooth administrative processes and assisting with marketing activities that help us connect with our community and clients. This paid position is perfect for someone eager to grow their office management and marketing experience in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Handle all clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining organized records. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members as needed. Contribute to marketing efforts by updating social media platforms, preparing promotional materials, and supporting outreach campaigns. Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and visitors. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. Experience with clerical tasks, and administrative support roles. Excellent communication skills Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, filing, and general office software use. Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation to ensure positive interactions at all times.
