Job Description
Greek Composites by Vantine is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our innovative marketing department. The Marketing Assistant works directly with the National Marketing Manager to support data driven initiatives focused on campaigns targeting the collegiate Greek life space. This position supports general marketing operations and creative efforts, performs data management, and researches initiatives.

1. Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and campaigns. 2. Compile, organize and maintain spreadsheets with accurate up to date information. 3. Research and collect data on sororities, fraternities and campus organizations. 4. Support CRM/database management and data entry tasks. 5. Assist in email marketing setup, list building, and segmentation. 6. Execute, track and analyze campaigns across all channels. Track campaign performances while maintaining data accuracy. 7. Identify KPIs to measure campaign success and offer options according to data. 8. Provide support with competitive research and analysis. 9. Stay relevant with trends, program functionalities and best practices. 10. Monitor and report google analytics. 11. Support coordination and execution of national conventions. Travel and attendance required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Ability to manage & meet deadlines, and follow up on projects with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of social media and website usability/optimization and analytics.
- Experience with CRM/email marketing platforms best practices.
- Basic knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Cloud, CSV files.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work collectively with a team in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot.
- Social networking and analytics knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of website content management systems and SEO.
- Familiarity with Greek life a plus.
