Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations, dealer communications, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable balancing a mix of digital marketing, light design work, and hands-on production tasks. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in maintaining marketing materials, supporting dealer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Dealer & Vendor Support
  • Communicate regularly with dealers and vendors to support marketing and operational needs
  • Distribute leads and customer reviews to appropriate dealers
  • Send mass communications to dealer network using email platforms (Outlook, Constant Contact, Mailchimp) Marketing Materials & Documentation
  • Create, update, and maintain pricing sheets and marketing documentation
  • Assist with copywriting and copyediting for marketing collateral
  • Print, assemble, and organize physical marketing materials as needed Digital Marketing & Website Support
  • Build and maintain microsites and lead generation automations using platforms such as Constant Contact, WordPress, and StorePoint
  • Make updates and changes to company websites as needed
  • Assist with basic social media monitoring and engagement Creative & Production Tasks
  • Complete miscellaneous graphic design tasks (e.g., vectorizing logos, creating flyers, formatting labels)
  • Build and assemble physical marketing tools such as fabric books, PRGs, and hardware color chip sets Administrative & Operational Support
  • Collect and organize spending receipts across platforms (e.g., Google, Shopify, Meta, LiveChat)
  • Order printed materials and private-labeled items
  • Assist with planning and coordination of dealer conferences and events (when applicable)
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress and Shopify; basic
HTML/CSS
knowledge is a plus
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and lead generation concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling both digital and hands-on/physical tasks
  • Experience with AI solutions and automations is a plus
  • Experience with e-commerce or platforms like Shopify is a plus
  • BS in Marketing or Business Administration or 3 years of relevant experience
