  • ABOUT THE JOB
  • The Assistant Manager, Global 360 Marketing supports the development and execution of end-to-end global marketing strategies across product and consumer marketing.
This role bridges innovation, product storytelling, and consumer-facing campaign execution to deliver cohesive, insight-driven 360 programs that drive brand growth, engagement, and market share. This position partners cross-functionally to lead global programs from concept through launch, ensuring strong alignment between product strategy, creative development, and consumer activation across all channels and regions.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • 360 Strategy & Innovation
  • + Support development of global 360 marketing strategies that integrate product innovation, consumer insights, and cross-channel activation + Contribute to category strategy, long-term innovation pipeline (3-year vision), and 24-month launch calendar + Identify whitespace opportunities through consumer insights, social listening, CRM data, and competitive analysis + Translate product concepts into compelling consumer-facing strategies and campaigns •Product Marketing & Innovation•+ Support end-to-end product development and launch process, from concept ideation to go-to-market execution + Develop product and program briefs that inform innovation, positioning, and storytelling + Partner with Product Development, Packaging, and Creative to bring new products to life + Ensure alignment to cost targets (COG/BAP) and manage feasibility considerations + Maintain key product marketing tools (global lineup, calendars, collateral trackers) + Manage sampling strategy and execution across regions •Consumer Marketing & 360 Campaign Development•+ Develop integrated 360 briefs that align product strategy with consumer engagement plans across all touchpoints + Partner with Creative, Media, E-commerce, CRM, and Global Communications to deliver cohesive campaigns + Support creative development through insights, competitive benchmarking, and thought starters + Ensure consistency and excellence across all campaign assets and executions •Program & Project Management•+ Own timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery of global programs + Manage briefing, asset development, approvals (legal/claims), and execution processes + Lead cross-functional meetings, set agendas, and drive follow-ups and accountability + Oversee global CRQ process and ensure alignment across 360 teams + Track deliverables, budgets, and key milestones across multiple programs •Regional Partnership & Execution•+ Collaborate with regional teams to incorporate local insights into global strategies + Support development of global toolkits, ensuring clarity on positioning, assets, and activation guidelines + Maintain ongoing communication with regions throughout program development and launch + Gather and synthesize regional feedback and post-campaign results to inform future strategies •Analytics & Performance Optimization•+ Conduct consumer, competitive, and market analysis to inform strategies and innovation + Support campaign measurement frameworks and post-mortem reporting + Analyze performance across channels (social, e-commerce, retail, CRM) and identify optimization opportunities + Drive mid-program adjustments based on performance insights •Cross-Functional Collaboration & Culture•+ Act as a key connector across Product Marketing, Creative, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, Events, and VM + Support Artist Training & Development with program updates + Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments to inspire innovation + Contribute to a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and creative team environment •
EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE
  • + 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, consumer marketing, or 360 brand marketing + Experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods preferred + Demonstrated experience in product launches and integrated campaign development + Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines + Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights + Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills + Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong ownership mentality + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and global environment •
