The Part Time Associate, Growth Marketing role plays a pivotal part in expanding the club's fan base and deepening engagement. This position supports data-driven marketing initiatives designed to attract new fans, convert interest into ticket sales, and strengthen long-term loyalty. This role will provide a unique experience to learn and assist in the creation of marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and CRM platforms. They bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to help the club reach new audiences and turn matchday moments into lifelong fandom.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of fan acquisition and retention campaigns across digital channels. Manage campaign setup in collaboration with marketing, ticketing, and business intelligence teams. Assist in developing creative briefs, tracking performance metrics, and providing actionable insights for optimization. Monitor and analyze key growth KPIs Contribute ideas for new growth initiatives, testing opportunities, and ways to enhance the fan journey. Manage feedback and day to day maintenance of the club's loyalty program Follow brand guideline and ensure quality communication to new and existing fansWHO YOU ARE
1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within sports, entertainment, or a high-growth consumer brand. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proactive attitude, open to trying new ideas, eager to learn and highly organized Thrive in a collaborative environment Must have excellent communication skills Able to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a high level of professionalism within a professional sports environment Additional language/s is a plus.ADDITIONAL REQUIRMENTS
