Associate - Marketing

Were looking for a Marketing Associate to support a fast-moving marketing team across demand generation, events, content, product marketing, and social media. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up, contribute immediately, and grow quickly.

What Youll DoSupport day-to-day execution across key marketing programs, including demand generation, product marketing, and go-to-market initiativesAssist in planning and executing events, with a focus on smaller state and regional conferencesCoordinate logistics for events, including materials, shipping, booth setup, and on-site support as neededHelp create and manage content across channels, including email, web, and social mediaSupport campaign execution, tracking, and reportingLearn and support marketing automation tools and platforms, including email campaigns, list management, and campaign workflowsCreate and edit basic marketing assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and CanvaWork with the team to develop presentations, sales materials, and marketing assetsMaintain marketing calendars and help keep projects on trackStep in wherever needed to support the broader marketing teamWhat Were Looking ForStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to execute and follow through on tasksSelf-starter who takes initiative and owns their workWillingness to learn and grow across all areas of marketing, including marketing automationComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities at onceFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or CanvaWillingness to travel for events as neededIdeal CandidateRecent college graduate or early in careerEager, motivated, and ready to build a career in marketingExperience as a campus leader, club organizer, or involved in student organizationsProven ability to manage responsibilities, meet deadlines, and execute on projectsExperience or coursework using Adobe Creative Suite and CanvaInterest in learning marketing automation and digital toolsNot afraid to ask questions and take on new challengesBrings energy, curiosity, and a strong work ethicWhy This RoleThis is a chance to get exposure to all areas of marketing, including hands-on experience with content creation tools and marketing automation.
