Graphic Design Marketing Assistant

Opportunity This position is an ideal opportunity for summer employment or a college internship for a student interested in marketing and graphic design. Schedule Full-time or part-time (minimum of 3 days per week) / on-site is required. Weekly schedule will depend on availability and department needs Duration May through August Start and end dates are flexible Location Berlin Gardens Office, Berlin, OH Position Overview The Marketing Graphic Design Assistant will support the Marketing Department with the creation, maintenance, and organization of marketing materials. This role is well-suited for someone with working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and basic Excel skills who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in a professional marketing environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with data entry and updates for marketing materials such as: Product catalogs Price lists Shipping documents Other printed and digital marketing collateral Support basic layout and file updates using Adobe InDesign Maintain accuracy and organization across marketing files and documents Additional Marketing Support (Based on Skills & Interest) Depending on experience, training time, and department needs, additional responsibilities may include: WordPress website content updates and maintenance Assisting with direct mail or marketing mailers Ordering and organizing promotional merchandise Entering and organizing assets in a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system Uploading and organizing videos on platforms such as YouTube Skills & Qualifications Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of marketing tasks Experience Previous coursework or experience in marketing, graphic design, or communications is preferred Some college experience is helpful but not required
