Marketing Intern

Job Description We are a fast-growing residential and commercial painting company looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to help generate leads, grow our brand, and connect with potential clients. This role is perfect for someone who excels in social media content creation, talking to people, and helping a business grow. Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through social media, referrals, and outreach Create and post content on Instagram and Facebook (before/after, videos, reels, etc.) Assist with developing strategies to increase engagement and reach Communicate with potential clients via phone, messages, and in-person interactions Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions Help brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (friendly, confident, well-spoken) Customer-service mindset (professional, respectful, positive attitude) Comfortable talking to new people (phone + in-person) Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content Basic understanding of social media growth/algorithms (or willingness to learn) Self-motivated and reliable Organized and able to manage time well Preferred (but not required) Experience running or growing a social media account Sales, marketing, or customer service experience Interest in business, marketing, or entrepreneurship Job Details Part-time or full-time available Flexible hours Opportunity for performance-based bonuses/commissions Hands-on experience in marketing and business growth
