Marketing and Administrative Assistant Bellini's Skin + Parfumerie Portland, OR Job Details Part-time $24 - $30 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Website management Shopify E-commerce Online retail experience Marketing analytics Marketing operations Full Job Description We are seeking a part-time, detail-oriented, deadline-driven Shopify, SEO, GEO, and AEO Expert to manage the day-to-day operations of our website and e-commerce platform, while also assisting with inventory management and in-store support as needed. This role is responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and enhancing overall website performance, including site speed, UI/UX, SEO, AEO, and GEO rankings. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Shopify and a deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce strategy, analytics, customer behavior, and inventory systems. Experience with MindBody is a strong plus. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company Shopify website and e-commerce operations Oversee inventory management, product organization, stock levels, and inventory accuracy across online and in-store systems Monitor product availability and coordinate inventory updates, transfers, and restocking Optimize website performance, functionality, speed, navigation, and user experience Implement and maintain SEO, local SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and overall site analytics Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing initiatives Create and optimize product pages, collections, landing pages, and promotional content Coordinate website updates, promotions, integrations, and troubleshooting Assist with email marketing, content strategy, and social media coordination Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to improve performance Work collaboratively with management and in-store teams to support business goals Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines Qualifications Proven experience managing Shopify websites and e-commerce platforms Experience with inventory management and retail operations Strong knowledge of SEO, technical SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies Understanding of website performance optimization, UI/UX, and conversion optimization Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools Familiarity with digital marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising strategies Experience with MindBody is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities Knowledge of customer behavior analysis and market research Skills Shopify theme customization and app integrations Experience with AI search optimization and emerging search technologies Inventory forecasting and reporting experience Basic graphic design or content creation experience Email marketing platform experience Understanding of omnichannel retail and customer journey optimization This role is perfect for someone who is: Detail-oriented and highly organized Deadline-driven and self-motivated Passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing Experienced in inventory and retail operations Creative, analytical, and proactive Comfortable balancing technical, operational, and marketing responsibilities Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency Please respond with a cover letter as to why you would be the best candidate for this position and specific details outlining your direct experience.
