Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bridal Consultant and Marketing Assistant, where your enthusiasm and retail experience will shine! This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend personalized customer service with creative marketing initiatives, all within a vibrant bridal retail environment. We are seeking a motivated individual with at least one year of retail experience who is eager to help brides find their perfect wedding day look while supporting promotional efforts to grow our brand. Your energy, communication skills, and passion for retail will drive success in this engaging position. Duties Assist brides and customers with selecting wedding gowns, accessories, and related products, providing expert guidance and personalized styling advice Conduct product demonstrations and showcase new arrivals to enhance customer engagement and sales opportunities Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and maintaining balanced registers Upsell complementary products such as veils and jewelry to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction Perform merchandising duties by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store environment is inviting and well-maintained Support marketing efforts through social media content creation, promotional event coordination, and distributing marketing materials Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly, and fostering positive relationships with clients Assist in inventory management by stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks to ensure product availability Experience Minimum of one year of retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment such as clothing stores or grocery stores Proven supervisory or team-leading experience preferred, with the ability to guide new team members effectively Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Experience demonstrating products or conducting product demos to educate customers effectively Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management best practices Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills that create a welcoming shopping experience This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive on helping others find their dream wedding look while actively contributing to store growth through creative marketing. Pay:
