Hiring Department:
We are a group of high-energy marketing professionals working toward the common goal of contributing to our organization's culture of innovation and collaboration. We plan, coordinate, and direct multi-channel marketing campaigns and communications to support all agent distribution channels, including direct sales.
Co-op Job Description:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following: Developing content marketing - mail, email, text messages Creating and updating Marketing materials to support all sales channels Helping rout marketing through review processes Testing digital tools Aiding in campaign setup Tracking campaign performance (responses, leads, applications) Assisting with budgeting, including tracking invoices Ensuring materials comply with CMS Medicare Marketing guidelines and internal compliance requirements
Required Skills:
The following skills are critical for Medicare marketing: Strong communication skills are a must, including written and verbal interaction with clients, vendors and internal teams. Must be productive and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must also be able to work well in a team-based setting.

Marketing Business Communications Classification:
Junior or Senior undergraduate students Recent graduate (must be within one year or less of the program start date)
