Marketing Events Associate Pittsburgh Steelers - 4.7 Pittsburgh, PA Job Details 14 hours ago Qualifications Management Organizing community events Recruitment process management Inventory management Spreadsheets Staff scheduling Word embeddings Vendor coordination Warehouse staffing Managing catering events Event scheduling Overseeing payroll Recruiting Promotional community events Productivity software Brand activation campaign events Staffing management Entry level Full Job Description Assist Marketing department with event planning and execution including but not limited to, Draft Party, SteelHERS Social, Steelers Training Camp, Run/Walk, Alumni Weekend Dinner, Steelers Style, Hall of Honor Dinner, and any other events throughout the calendar year. Assist Marketing department with planning and execution of activations on Steelers Game Days throughout the 2026 season. Coordinate event details with other internal departments along with external vendors. Assist with management of Steelers Brand Ambassador Program including recruiting, scheduling, and payroll management of part time staff. Manage inventory of department warehouses and storage spaces. Perform additional duties as assigned. Applicants should be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Applicants are expected to work nights, weekends, and holidays in accordance with the Steelers event calendar. Applicants must have reliable form of transportation.
