Position Overview The Marketing Assistant creates visually compelling materials that support the office's marketing and branding efforts. This role focuses on design, visual storytelling, and maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities Design graphics for social media, flyers, digital screens, and promotional materials Collaborate with staff and student workers to create visuals for programs and campaigns Maintain brand consistency across all materials Assist in developing visual concepts for marketing initiatives Revise and adapt designs based on feedback and project needs Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels

Additional Information:

Qualifications Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools Strong visual design skills and attention to detail Ability to translate ideas into engaging graphics Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines Interest in design, branding, and visual storytelling
